LATE FEE / GRACE PERIOD

Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. There is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. It begins 1 min after your appointment time and ends 15 mins after your scheduled appointment time. A $25 fee will be charged for this grace period. After 15 mins, your appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

48-hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. FULL-SERVICE PRICE will be charged to the card on file when 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice is NOT given; THIS APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES.

NO EXTRA GUEST

No children or extra guest will be allowed during appointment. NO RESTROOMS. No exceptions.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee for ALL services scheduled. No refunds or credits will be issued towards future services if a client no call/ no show to a scheduled appointment.

DEPOSIT

All appointments require a credit card on file and deposit to hold your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
